How long will the repairs take?
Every repair is different. The length of the repair time depends on the severity of the damage and availability of parts. We will do everything we can to deliver your car back to you as quickly as possible.

Will the paint match?
At Riverdale Body Shop we have a guaranteed color match whether it be tinting of the color or blending of the adjacent panels, it will match.

Do you use factory paint?
In reality there is no such thing as "factory paint," no manufacturer produces its own paint. However, there are factory-recommended paint systems, which we use, that require us to mix all of our paint on premises to assure quality control and color match.

4.
There's damage to my frame, is my car totaled?
Unfortunately this is an old wives' tale that was created before the technology existed to properly repair the damage. With our computerized measuring system and dedicated repair fixtures, we will return your vehicle to factory specifications.

What type of vehicles can you repair?
We have the capabilities and technology to repair all types of vehicles, from commuter cars to fire trucks. We are factory trained and certified for Audi, BMW and Mercedes-Benz.

Why is my car considered a total loss?
While total losses are unfortunate, they do happen. A total loss is when the cost to repair the damage of the vehicle exceeds the replacement cost of the car.

Do you offer free estimates?
Yes, we offer free estimates. In order to give a more accurate price and repair time frame we prefer to schedule you a repair appointment. Then we can allow the attention your vehicle deserves and give you a repair PRICE and not an estimate.

Are your repairs guaranteed?
Every repair is warranted by Riverdale Body Shop for as long as you own the vehicle.

Do you offer rental vehicles?
Although we do not offer rentals on our own, our staff can assist you with all of your rental car needs.

Do you work with my insurance company?
We work with all insurance companies to help insure a quality repair to your vehicle.
